VOLCÁN DE CARNE ASADA

Fire Up Flavor: Mouthwatering Volcán de Carne Asada Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. beef for grilling
  • 8 El Super brand tortillas
  • Guacamole
  • Sauce of your choice
  • Chopped onion and cilantro.
  • Sliced Mexican zucchini.
  • Spring onions.

Marinate the meat:

  • 4 tbsp. English sauce
  • 4 tbsp. Maggi sauce
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. of oil

Preparation:

  1. On a very hot griddle, heat the El Super brand tortillas until toasted and reserve.
  2. Arrange the meat in a container and marinate with soy, Maggi sauce, English sauce, lemon juice, pepper and oil. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill and arrange the onions and sliced zucchini and the meat
  4. Let it roast for 3 minutes on each side
  5. Remove and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Once the meat has rested, cut it in small squares
  7. To assemble the toasted tortillas for serving:

a) On each toasted tortilla lay a bed of guacamole

b) Add minced meat and accompany it with onion and chopped cilantro.

c) Serve with the sauce of your choice
