Fire Up Flavor: Mouthwatering Volcán de Carne Asada Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. beef for grilling
- 8 El Super brand tortillas
- Guacamole
- Sauce of your choice
- Chopped onion and cilantro.
- Sliced Mexican zucchini.
- Spring onions.
Marinate the meat:
- 4 tbsp. English sauce
- 4 tbsp. Maggi sauce
- Juice of 3 lemons
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. of oil
Preparation:
- On a very hot griddle, heat the El Super brand tortillas until toasted and reserve.
- Arrange the meat in a container and marinate with soy, Maggi sauce, English sauce, lemon juice, pepper and oil. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill and arrange the onions and sliced zucchini and the meat
- Let it roast for 3 minutes on each side
- Remove and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Once the meat has rested, cut it in small squares
- To assemble the toasted tortillas for serving:
a) On each toasted tortilla lay a bed of guacamole
b) Add minced meat and accompany it with onion and chopped cilantro.
c) Serve with the sauce of your choice
