
Smoky, Spicy, Irresistible: Chipotle Hot Dogs Done Right
Ingredients:
For the Chipotle Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Simple Value Mayonnaise
1/2 can San Marcos® Chipotle Sauce
Hot Dogs
- 8 hot dogs
- 8 slices of bacon
- 8 hot dog buns
Preparation:
1. In a food processor, mix the mayonnaise with the San Marcos® Chipotle Sauce and blend until well combined.
2. Refrigerate while preparing the hot dogs.
3. Wrap each hot dog with one slice of bacon.
4. Heat the grill over medium-high heat and place the bacon-wrapped hot dogs on it until cooked through.
5. Toast the hot dog buns.
6. Once assembled, serve the cooked hot dogs with the San Marcos® Chipotle Mayonnaise.
