Ranchero Cheese Ceviche: A Flavorful Fusion
Ingredients:
Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1/4 cup of onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 Caribbean peppers
- 1 serrano pepper
- 3/4 cup of lime juice
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
- Salt and pepper
For the ceviche:
- 1 Cacique Fresco or Ranchero cheese in cubes
- 5 raw tomatillos, cut into cubes
- 1/2 bunch of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 white onion
- 1/4 purple onion
- 4 chopped caribe peppers
- 2 chopped serrano peppers
- 2 avocados, cut into cubes
- Salt and pepper
To serve:
Tostadas or corn chips
