The Perfect Way to Start Your Day, Honduran Style

Ingredients:

  • 12 tortillas
  • 1/2 tbsp. Frying oil
  • 1 package of Refried Beans
  • 1/2 finely chopped red onion
  • 1 cubed avocado
  • 1/4 cup fresh cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Prepared choriz

Preparation:

  1. In a skillet, add oil and heat the Refried Beans. Heat the tortillas. Prepare the chorizo separately and assemble your HONDURAN BALEADAS:
  2. Spread a generous portion of Refried  Beans on the tortillas, add prepared chorizo, avocado, onion, cream, and cheese.
  3. Enjoy with a cold drink with plenty of ice!
