The Perfect Way to Start Your Day, Honduran Style
Ingredients:
- 12 tortillas
- 1/2 tbsp. Frying oil
- 1 package of Refried Beans
- 1/2 finely chopped red onion
- 1 cubed avocado
- 1/4 cup fresh cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Prepared choriz
Preparation:
- In a skillet, add oil and heat the Refried Beans. Heat the tortillas. Prepare the chorizo separately and assemble your HONDURAN BALEADAS:
- Spread a generous portion of Refried Beans on the tortillas, add prepared chorizo, avocado, onion, cream, and cheese.
- Enjoy with a cold drink with plenty of ice!
