HEALTHY SALAD

Savor the Crunch: Master the Art of Crafting a Delectable Healthy Salad with Our Ultimate Recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of washed and ready salad mix (spring mix)
  • 1/2 lb chicken strips for roasting
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • ½ cup of cheddar cheese in cubes
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • Garlic salt
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dressing/vinaigrette to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Season chicken strips with garlic salt, onion powder, salt and pepper and roast in a pan
  2. Cook the eggs in a pot of boiling water.
  3. Cook the bacon slices.
  4. Cut up tomatoes, bacon, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, and chicken.
  5. Mix all the ingredients and you have a delicious and balanced salad.
  6. Dress with your favorite dressing or vinaigrette.
