Perfect Grilled Steak with Homemade Chimichurri

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 white onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the parsley, onion, and garlic, then hydrate with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
  2. Add the seasonings and mix thoroughly.
  3. Let it rest at room temperature for at least one hour. If desired, you can add more olive oil to make it more diluted.
  4. Serve with the cut of meat of your choice.
