Perfect Grilled Steak with Homemade Chimichurri
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 white onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
- Finely chop the parsley, onion, and garlic, then hydrate with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
- Add the seasonings and mix thoroughly.
- Let it rest at room temperature for at least one hour. If desired, you can add more olive oil to make it more diluted.
- Serve with the cut of meat of your choice.
