Easy and Delicious Summer Corn Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 ears corn shucked, with silks removed.
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter room temperature
EQUIPMENT
- Air Fryer
Directions:
- Brush each ear of corn with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place the corn in the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes. Flip and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Remove the corn from the air fryer.
- Spread the butter on while the corn is still warm. Garnish with any additional seasonings and enjoy.
- Other Options:
- Garlic Parmesan Corn:After adding the butter in step 4, sprinkle corn with ¼ teaspoon garlic powder and 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
- Corn:Skip the butter in step 4 and spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on top. Sprinkle the corn with ¼ cup crumbled cotija cheese, ½ teaspoon chili powder, and chopped cilantro.
- Spicy Corn:After adding the butter in step 4, sprinkle corn with red pepper flakes.
