This delicious pasta salad is a perfect side dish for your Father’s Day party. You can make it ahead and serve cold or room temperature.
Ingredients:

Bow Tie Pasta (cooked)

Baby Spinach

Feta Cheese

1/4-pint Grape Tomatoes

1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1/3 Cup Balsamic Vinegar

1 Lime juice
-
Basil
-
1/4 tsp Salt to taste
Directions:
Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a boil. Add 1/3 package of dried farfalle pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package directions until just tender, 11 to 13 minutes. When the pasta is ready, drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well.
In a bowl add spinach, halved grape tomatoes, bow tie pasta, feta cheese, basil, and drizzle with vinegar and balsamic, lime juice and salt to taste. Mix well. Serve as a side dish.
