MAC & CHEESE

Comfort Food Perfection: Homemade Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 bag of Elbow Pasta
  • 1 package of  Cheese
  • 1/4 cup of  Whole Milk
  • 1 tbsp butter

Preparation:

 

  1. Boil Water: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook Pasta: Add the  Elbow Pasta and cook for 8-11 minutes. Drain the pasta, reserving the pot.
  3. Melt Butter: Add the butter to the same pot used for cooking the pasta.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked pasta and  cheese to the pot. Gradually pour in the  whole milk while stirring until the cheese is completely melted and combined with the pasta.
  5. Serve: Serve immediately. Enjoy it!!
