LA HOT DOGS

Get your hot dogs ready for the Big Game!

Ingredients:

4 BEEF Hot Dog
4 Hot Dog Buns, Split and toasted
4 Bacon Slices
1 Sliced Red Pepper
1 Sliced Green Pepper
2 Serrano Peppers (Cut in half)
½ Sliced white onion

Directions:

Wrap Beef hot dogs with bacon
In a hot skillet cook beef hot dogs wrapped with bacon and Serrano peppers. Grilled until bacon is crisp. Set aside
Use the same skillet and add onion, once done add both red and green peppers
Serve hot dogs in buns with onion and peppers, top with condiments of your choice.
