  • 1lb. TILAPIA Fillets
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cups vegetable oil, for frying
  • Lemon wedges
  • Tartar sauce

    TARTAR SAUCE:

    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    • 2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickles
    • 1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped
    • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

    1. In a shallow bowl or deep plate, combine the flour, paprika, salt, and pepper and mix well.
