CHRISTMAS APPLE SALAD

Jingle Bell Crunch: A Festive Christmas Apple Salad Recipe That’ll Sleigh Your Taste Buds!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. Apples
  • 1 can pineapple in syrup
  • 1 cup pecan nuts in pieces
  • 1 small plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

  1. Chop apples into small cubes.
  2. Drain the pineapple and set aside.
  3. Chop the pineapple into small squares and mix with the apple.
  4. Mix the sour cream and the yogurt and add to the mixed fruit.
  5. Add raisins and chopped walnuts.
  6. Mix well and add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 min.
