INGREDIENTS

Batter

  • 1 cup of Fiesta ALL PURPOSE flour
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp All Ground Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Seasoning Salt
  • 1/2 bottle Mineral Water
  • 1/2 bottle Beer
  • 1 tbs Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 tbs yellow mustard + 2 tbs mustard for fish
  • 1 lb of fish fillets
  • Flour tortillas (warm)
  • Cabbage, lime, habanero onion or salsa, and cilantro (as taco topping)
  • Chipotle Sauce

    Chipotle, Sour Cream, Mayo and Lime
  • PREPARATION
    Mix all ingredients for the batter and whisk until smooth.
    Season fish fillets with mustard, salt and pepper
    Place fish into the batter then fry.
    Warm the flour tortillas, pour some chipotle sauce, fried fish and add cabbage, habanero,  onion and cilantro as your  topping and ENJOY!
