2 cucumbers
2 tablespoons olive oil
To decorate
1 serrano pepper, sliced
1 radish, cut into half moons

Salad Preparation
In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the salad, except for the olive oil, season at the end with salt and pepper to taste. Peel and cut the cucumbers in half and remove the seeds with the help of a spoon, season with olive oil, salt and pepper.Fill the cucumbers with the chicken salad and decorate with the sliced radish and serrano pepper.
